CareSphere strongly encourages all employees to use direct deposit to receive the paycheck. If an employee doesnt have the option to receive direct deposit, the paycheck will be provided on a company pay card (RAPID). There is no option to receive a physical paycheck.
Pre-hire all employees select their method of receiving the pay. Should you want to update your direct deposit at any time, by signing an authorization. You can do so by filling out the Direct Deposit Authorization Form.
If a direct deposit fails, you will be notified immediately. Once notified the funds from the failed direct desposit will be desposited on the company issued RAPID card.
Pays stubs for all checks are available for you to view on Paylocity.
After orientation, with the Welcome packet you should have received a RAPID card. Even if you choose to receive your pay via Direct deposit, you must hold onto the RAPID card. In addition to pay, we use this card to send you over instant reimbursement or other money when needed. This card is also used in case there is a mistake on your paycheck we can easily send over the missing money on the RAPID card.
Along with the RAPID card, in the envelope you have received all information on the RAPID card features, including how to activate the card and direct desposit (routing and account) information or future use.
Lost or stolen card
If your card is lost, misplaced or stolen you can easily get it replaced by calling RAPID customer support at 877-380-0980. When you call, ignore all the prompts and you will eventually be connected to speak to a LIVE customer service representative. This will take about 45 seconds. Once you are connected to a representative, inform them of the lost card and a new card will be sent to you.
If you are in need of the card immediately, you may come into our Bethlehem office to pick up a replacement card.
