CareSphere is delighted to introduce a convenient way for our dedicated caregivers to access our open case list online. If you don't find a case that perfectly matches your availability, there's no need to worry. The list is updated in real-time so check back often to see if a new case is available. Our open cases are assigned on a 'first-come, first-served' basis, so checking back as early as possible is the key to securing the cases that align with your schedule and preferences.

At CareSphere, caregivers have convenient access to available cases that match their preferences and availability. Through CareSphere Connect, caregivers can stay updated with our real-time open case list. Cases are assigned on a 'ļ¬rst-come, ļ¬rst-served' basis, emphasizing the importance of regularly checking the list to secure preferred assignments promptly. We deeply value the commitment and hard work of our caregivers, and this online feature is designed to simplify the process of ļ¬nding suitable cases, enabling caregivers to effectively manage their schedules while delivering exceptional care to our clients.
Step 1: Access the Website
To view the open shifts, go to CareSphere Connect - app.carespherehc.com

Step 2: View Available Cases
Click on theĀ Open Case ListĀ tab on caresphere connect. You will find two case categories:

  • Permanent Cases
  • Fill-In Cases

Click on the category that best matches your interest.

Step 3: Access Case Information
Each home icon references another patient in that area. To view more details about a speciļ¬c case, click on the home icon.

Step 4: Ensure Credentials
When you click on the home icon. It will open a pop up. The pop-up will provide caregivers with essential details about the available case, including:

  • Type of caregiver needed (ensure you hold the required credential with us).
  • Patientā€™s address.
  • Shift schedule.

Step 5: Request a Case
If the opportunity is of interest, you can click on "Get More Details" to access additional information such as:

  • Patientā€™s age and gender.
  • Smoking status in the home.
  • Presence of pets.
  • Full care plan for review.

Step 6:Ā Finalize Your Interest
If everything aligns with your preferences and availability, you can finalize your interest by clicking "I'm Interested" to confirm your willingness to take the case
