Welcome to CareSphere Connect ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App provided by CareSphere ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using CareSphere Connect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the App. By using this App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Use of the App
✅ Purpose: CareSphere Connect is designed to facilitate employee and caregiver management, including scheduling, case assignments, and internal communication.
✅ License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for work-related purposes.
❌ Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Use the App for unauthorized or illegal purposes
- Interfere with the security or performance of the App
- Misuse, copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without permission
4. Account Registration & Security
- Accounts are created by a CareSphere administrator when employees are hired and terminated upon employment termination.
- Users must register and log in using their personal phone number, as it will be used for authentication.
- Users log in with their phone number and receive a one-time verification code via SMS.
- The verification code is private and must not be shared with anyone.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
By using the App, you acknowledge that CareSphere collects, stores, and processes data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We implement strict security measures to protect user data.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, software, and content in the App are owned by CareSphere. You cannot copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without explicit permission.
7. Updates & Modifications
We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
- CareSphere is not liable for data loss, unauthorized access, or indirect damages caused by the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the App.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Pennsylvania.
