🚭 Smoking

No Smoking During Shifts:
Smoking is strictly prohibited while on duty. Employees are expected to smoke before or after their scheduled shift, not during work hours.

No Allotted Smoking Breaks:
There are no designated smoking breaks during shifts. Employees should plan their smoking habits outside of work hours.

Client Permission Doesn't Override Policy:
Even if a client smokes or permits smoking, employees are not allowed to smoke while on duty.

Shift Length Consideration:
Prior to accepting a client assignment, ensure the shift length aligns with your ability to abstain from smoking. If unable to tolerate a certain duration without a smoking break, refrain from accepting a client with that shift duration.

These rules ensure a consistent approach to maintaining a smoke-free environment during working hours and prioritize professional conduct in line with the company's no-smoking policy.
