💸 Handling Money

Transaction Documentation:

  • When shopping for a client, meticulously document the amount of money provided by the client.
  • Return with a register receipt and the exact change. Create a document that includes:
    • The amount of money given by the client.
    • The register receipt.
    • The exact change returned to the client.
  • All documentation should reconcile and match the initially received amount. Any discrepancies are the responsibility of the employee.

Prohibited Access to Bank Accounts:

  • Under no circumstances are employees permitted to access the client's bank account, including their debit card and PIN number, without explicit authorization from the Client Service Coordinator.

No Borrowing of Money:

  • Employees are strictly prohibited from requesting or borrowing any money from the client, even momentarily. This includes any form of monetary assistance or loans.

These rules are in place to ensure transparency, accountability, and the protection of both the client's financial security and the employee's responsibility while handling money during service provision.
